COUNCIL MEETING

THANK YOU.  THANK YOU.  THANK YOU.

      Saturday, April 21st., our Guild hosted the SCCQG quarterly meeting, and we outdid ourselves.  Many of our members volunteered to bring food, serving items, etc. to the meeting.  They did such a great job that the SCCQG reps kept telling us how lovely everything looked and how good everything tasted!!  Nancy Needham and her “Band of Renown’s” display of the food was the best I have seen at any SCCQG function….and there was plenty of it.  The “Hospitality” crew was also hard at work, and it showed!

      Thank you again to the nicest ladies ever to grace a quilt guild.

      What a great Council Meeting!
      LACQG really outdid ourselves in the food department.
      I felt we had a good turnout and an interesting and informative discussion on Joint Quilt Shows.  It has its pros and cons, but it was food for thought.
      I would like to thank Pat Yee and the hospitality ladies plus all the others that helped.  The food was great and plentiful.  Thank you for the treats.  Also, thank you to Nancy Needham for her table arrangement.  We looked GOOD.  REALLY GREAT.
      Thanks again for all you did.
