PROGRAMS

If you are like a lot of quilters, there

Is a stack of completed tops somewhere in your home.  Let’s face it. We would much prefer to buy fabric, pull from our stash, pore over quilt patterns, buy more fabric, decide on a design, piece or appliqué a top, buy more fabric…for the border, than to actually quilt.  It must be so.  Or we wouldn’t have those piles of finished tops lurking in the closets of our home.

      Welcome May speaker:
Paula Reid, an artist with a sewing  Machine!

She wants to show us how to look at our quilts in a new way.  A way that will allow us to make them beautiful…and complete.  Paula is an award winning custom heirloom quilting specialist.  She looks at the quilt top as a whole and designs the quilting to enhance the piecing.  For the past five years, she has quilted about three quilts a week for her customers.  Imagine your stack of completed quilts!  Please join us at Guild and let Paula show you how.
