Welcome April Speaker:Robin Gallagher

Robin’s journey has been exciting and has changed direction over time. After retirement, she decided to turn her love of quilting into more than a hobby. At first, she became a teacher at local quilt shops. Then she joined the local quilt guild. At present, she is the President of Quilters By The Sea. Robin and her best friend started Two Wacky Women, a vendor business at quilt shows. They also host quilting and knitting retreats. She’s a designer with many patterns: purses, tote bags, beach totes, and quilts. For more information on what Robin is up to, visit her website: www.twowackywomen.com. Our March workshop with Pamela

Mostek was delightful! She was a great teacher, and we had a ton of fun creating quilts from her “Scatter Garden Quilts” Book. We can’t wait to see the finished tops at the April meeting. We will have more information on the May and June workshops at the April meeting, including supply lists for May. Remember we must have 12 members in order for a class to proceed, so please sign up early.

Please note that we appreciate workshop participants not arriving before 9:15 a.m. We need time to configure the room and it is much easier to accomplish when the room is empty.
